(I had previously made a forum and asked some very important questions to me. Initially I received timely response, but after asking a few more questions because the issue was still unresolved, I gained no further response(s) and have been waited for about two weeks now.) [I have had a broken minecraft that would crash my xbox one X for at least two years now, after trying everything but a factory reset, this morning I decided to finally do it. After factory reseting the console my minecraft now finally works, however later my friends and I decided to play another game we thoroughly enjoy Rainbow Six Siege. However my Siege every time I tried and opened it, it told me I needed to re subscribe to xbox game pass, although I bought R6S. I found a forum that told me if a power cycle and a cache reset didn’t work then uninstalling and reinstalling the game would. I uninstalled the game and now it won’t let me reinstall the game. After all of that I went to xbox support to try and make a forum myself for help and went to game support, but there is no Rainbow Six Siege support. HELP ME!!!] {Thank you very much for explaining your situation in detail. You will need to check for the license of the game. The best way to do this is to log into Microsoft account | Home and searching in the order history if the game is showing because it could be possible that you perhaps purchased it on another account or you were game sharing with a person who has it (especially since you mentioned this occurred after resting the console). If the game is under the right account, I would like you please to go over the steps mentioned below:

We recommend accessing Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

[It turns out that Rainbow Six Siege does show under the order history of another account. At the time when I got the game my account was under certain restrictions (and might still be) and I would need a parental account/approval to purchase games and do other things. So my question is that since Rainbow Six Siege does show up under order history from the parental account, how would I go about reinstating the game on my account.

Also one more thing my bo2 digital download from my xbox 360, that I was playing on my Xbox one X also is having the same issue as R6S.]
