Video Game Purchase

Hey XBOX,

I know you guys just came out with the new Fall Update and it's great. but I have an idea that would be really beneficial, especially for the holidays that are coming up. So you when you buy a game off of the Microsoft Store on the XBOX, the game automatically
starts downloading and then is playable when the download has finished. For the holidays, when I ask for video games, I ask my parents/siblings to buy them off of my XBOX because disks are a hassle. It would be great idea if you guys added a feature where,
for example, my mother buys a game off of my XBOX and she then has the ability to set a timer/passcode on the game so even when it has finished downloading, I can not play until the passcode has been entered or the date has been reached for the game to be
unlocked.

Example:

Mom bought me Prey a week before Christmas. She adjusts the settings so the game is not playable until Christmas morning at 8am.

This would be super beneficial for many people/families because it would eliminate that last-minute buying the day before or the day of Christmas/any other holiday or special event.

Who's going ps4?

What that video showed me was features that are already out there and available either on current gen, tablets or phones. There was noting in that video that made me personally want to go and purchase a ps4 let alone a digital game for a ps4.

The Kinect videos however do make me want to purchase an Xbox one and also purchase my games digitally.

this my preference and my opinion, which I'm allowed.

 

Wrong purchase of video game

Hi Support,

My son made a mistake buying a video game which he thought was for free. On X-box One it said for "FREE".

I have been charged Danish Kroner 249 for a Rory Mcilroy Golf video game (order nr. 882f4f08-0384-4e02-959b-e40c44f41d31).

Please refund the above amount since this was a mistake.

Or just buy the game xmas eve so it's there for you on xmas morning.

Or buy the game for you xmas morning & by the time you've spent the day with your family it will be downloaded ready for you to play.

Leaving it to the last minute to buy a digital download isn't really an issue is it?
