Video Freeze while watching YouTube and/or Netflix -- Controls are still working in the ...

This just started happening tonight (6/6/2012). I don't think it has anything to do with the latest update, as I was able to do some binge watching on Netflix last night without any issues...

I do not believe this is related to any single application, as I have had the issue happen to me on both YouTube and Netflix now. While watching any sort of streaming video, the video playback will suddenly freeze but the audio will continue to play. What
is also strange is that I can hear the Xbox controls working in the background. I just can't see what I'm doing since I'm staring at a single frame of the show I was watching. So, it's like everything is working fine, but the screen just isn't updating.
I have had to resort to turning the console off and back on again and then going back to the given app to resume watching my streaming video. But after a few minutes, the screen will freeze again. This has happened to me about a half dozen times now.

I have tried clearing the system's cache, as I had found forum posts that recommended this for freezes. However, this action has not fixed the issue. Any ideas on what to do?

Video apps freezing

When ever I go onto an app on my Xbox One that includes watching a video (eg YouTube, Twitch, WWE network) it freezes up and the picture loops over the last second or so while the audio is still playing in the background as if the video is playing normally,
this also sees to happen when watching live streaming on Twitch. Games seem to work fine. Anyone have any ideas that could help me?

 

YouTube freezes a lot on my Xbox 360.

I don't know why but YouTube freezes a lot on my Xbox 360 and it's not because of my network it happens when I'm not watching a video and while I'm watching a video but when it freezes i can go back to the Xbox menu and I reload on to YouTube and after
a while it freezes again and It keeps doing it can someone help me?
