    Hi I've posted this before, see below the fix worked but then upon restarting the xbox it has returned now the fix doesn't work. The fix was to hold power for 8 seconds to shut down and to remove power cord for 5 minutes.

    Anyone resolved this?

    Hi,

    When playing video captures from games or streamed video from twitch or upload studio the video is a full green screen. Tried a full reset of xbox and this didn't resolve it. The xbox is outputting to a 4k hdr display.

    Video plays green , audio okay

    Hi, my Xbox oneX won't play either captured video, or video from the internet such as twitch. The audio is fine but the video is just a green screen.

    Tried going through the settings and make along off 4k and HDR etc but it hasn't made any difference.

    Any one fixed this issue?

    Why get rid of streaming to xbox app?

    I mean for using it just to stream the video/audio to computer while still playing on the Xbox in order to screen capture to streamlabs in order to have more creativity with twitch.

    Now my only option I know of is to buy a capture card.

    Huh that's what gamebar is for (capture app )

    And.the xbox app (remote play) as smwutches mentioned you can port the videos via twitch etc from your xbox

    Xbox static boot up screen and green with streaming Videos.

    You know the little short video that plays on an xbox one x before the xbox green screen logo? Thats when its static/snowy. Then it shows the normal xbox logo. When trying to use any video streaming app is when all i see is green screen with audio.

    I tried what you suggested, it went to 680x680 like you said but it only dispayed the static/snowy screen in lower quality and still experienced the green screen with audio only on netflix and hulu.
