    I had a question cause I never had this happen before.

    I recent caught someone greifing, trolling, and harassing me with another player and my video was shortly taken down. I usually don't report player without proof of these.

    But my main question is. Will this effect me into ban in the future or anything? Or should I report the player for making false reports on the video just to get it taken down so they would avoid trouble by the enforcement team?

    edit xbox clips on xbox app on pc and upload it

    Hi Rastigan,

    The only videos that are eligible for upload is if they have been recorded using the Game DVR, if a video is taken from Game DVR and edited externally, the Xbox App will recognize the file as external and not allow it to be uploaded.

    Hi!

    Have you edited these videos you have taken with another app?

    Also is the footage captured using the Xbox DVR option (Windows + G) or other third party software?

    From my experience videos that are taken using third party capturing software or edited without the Xbox app can not be uploaded using the Xbox app.

    Hi,

    There are several reasons that can cause this issue on the Xbox app. It is possible that the profile name that you want to use is already taken by another user.

    To properly isolate your concern, kindly provide us the following information:

    • Are you trying to put a title to the video clip that you recorded from Game DVR?
    • Does the same issue occur when you are uploading a video clip from a different game?
    • When was the last time that you were able to upload a video clip from Game DVR?

    Things I would like to see addressed/fixed on Xbox One in the very near future please

    BTW.... XBOX RECORD THAT is 30 seconds... the standard looped video catch is cut down in sections up to 5 minutes and is accessible though XBOX GOTO GAME DVR
