    A few days ago, while watching Prime on my Xbox series X, the video became distorted. I didnt change any settings. The video literally just became distorted. No issues for the lrevious month. Netflix and Hulu also became distorted. However, I was able
    to stream something from ESPN. I’ve turned game mode off on my Samsung tv (7 series, only 60hz 4k) and still the video is distorted. What am I missing? What could be the cause for the sudden issue? And what’s the fix? TV is updated, along with the Xbox.

    Hi Raven,

    This is most likely a YouTube issue. Some videos may not be able to run 4K which will cause distortion etc.

    There is a high likelihood that the source of the problem is the tv. The only time I have seen this issue is from broken TVs, I'd suggest checking the xbox on another display and then going from there. If it isn't the tv you could always try to have the xbox repaired using your warranty.

    Thanks brad but this is not the case these videos play fine on all other devices i own in 4k from other youtube apps.

    Well, now I have a new problem. The video is perfectly fine up until I play a game, then the video does this color distortion where alot of the colors change to white but I can still see shapes.
