    the Xbox one isn't recording the screen as it should i have months with the problem that wont record any clips even though I erased games and old clips i have like 80% memory left and it still recording just 5 seconds instead of the amount of time i chose
    to record i already changed the time the resolution and everything in the settings and keeps doing the same

    you can upload clips to youtube by linking your account .

    then there are progs that will let you download them from youtube

    Have to be 30 seconds or less though in order to get them from theater to youtube

    I can't speak for capture mode but for streaming apps like mixer ext, i know audio does be included.
