i do have the companion app, however there have been no clips recorded for the past two weeks as they have not been working. Let me know if you find anything else that will help with the problem!

That sould be working then. Do you perhaps have access to the windows 10 xbox companion app?? There you can see if it captures your clips even if it doesn't say any thing on the xbox you wil see it under my captures on the companion app

Here are my settings:

allow game captures: captures by me

record what happened: 5 minutes

automatically upload: captures by me

game clip resolution: 720p SDR

Capture location: internal
