Video Capture Stutters on Xbox One

As of yesterday morning I have started experiencing issues with my Xbox when capturing clips from games I am playing

The video is captured but when I go to play it on there is stuttering throughout the video. If you find my profile you can see this on my most recent
two Apex Legends clips. I have tried PES 2020 and get the same issue on that too but have since deleted this clip

Captures were working fine Saturday night, The Witcher was my last capture and the playback on that is fine

I have tried deleting the number of clips stored, reset my router and hard reset the Xbox but the problem still persists.

Any ideas? I did speak to an Xbox Advisor yesterday and was told I would be updated on the situation. However the chat question closed and when I go to raise a new one it opens the old chat dialogue
and does not allow me to ask a new question.

This problem now seems to be resolved.

I was part of the Xbox Insider Programme and since the update this morning the framerate is now more satisfactory.

Have you tried capturing to an external device like a flash drive or HDD?

Do you happen to be apart of the Xbox Insider program?

Clips recording at 15 FPS or lower than the normal 30 FPS on the Xbox One Console is a known issue with some of the Xbox Insider build's and has been acknowledged by the developers and they are currently investigating the issue to provide a fix for the next
update to the Insider builds. This issue is not present on the current general public update build as far as I'm aware. At this time, the developers recommend submitting feedback on your Xbox. Hold the Xbox button until the power menu comes up. Then select Report a problem and submit your report on the issue.
