    Video and Audio Delay HELP!


    Exact same problem here - crackle and out of sync. Lwhen it crackles it's like the audio is trying to catch up with the video. It kind of speeds up. Started yesterday I believe. Sky box in to xbox and out to tv and amp.

    It's a new 'feature' I'm guessing.

    I'm On the beta preview too and didn't notice anything coming through there. Unless this is a new beta that I missed.

    I have just switched sound output from bitstream to 5.1 uncompressed and the crackling has gone. Issue with bitstream perhaps.

    Video and Audio Delay HELP!

    Sadly it now exhibits the sound catching up issue periodically but without the crackle. Sigh.

    I'm having the same issues on the preview. Was working fine until yesterday. Have had to unplug the pass through SkyHD for now...can't cope with stuttering sound and picture.

    Already on uncompressed stereo. Yeh that describes it exactly. Almost like the sound is buffering

    Video and Audio Delay HELP!

    I am having the same problems as described above. No matter what settings I use, the problem remains. My set up is Samsung Sky+ HD>HDMI>XB1>Yamaha Amp>Samsung TV. I've had to remove the XB1 from the loop and everything is fine. I wasn't having any problems
    with Netflix or gaming, just with TV on the HDMI pass through. Frustrating!!!

    Anybody from support reading this or has the problem been fixed? Haven't tried the xb1 again as been on holiday but I'd rather know that the problem was fixed prior to tackling my cable mountain again lol.

    Just had to say.... I've had to disconnect the hdmi from the xbox as the sound was just too much. Plug the sky box into the TV and problems sorted. My setup is sky hd box --- hdmi to xbox ----hdmi to tv. Sound is an lg sound bar on an optical cable direct
    from the tv.

    I also have issues running a Sky HD box through the Xbox One. 5.1 to Xbox via HDMI and then on to telly for picture. The surround is fed from Xbox to surround sound via optical out.

    It varies from channel to channel, but its getting frustrating now!

    Not sure if this is the same problem but also getting a noticeable crackle through all channels. Very slight lip sync issue but looks like my xb1 updated earlier today and it's getting annoying now. Are these updates tested for uk users?
