victim of rce, and now it's affecting my ability to play minecraft, how do I fix this problem?

There is a flaw in the xbox app that allows people to use rce to mass report an account to ban it. Thats what happened to me, I have pictures of proof that I was being targeted by a modder. and I replied to him a few times and my account was permanently suspended. I'm guessing they use the messages to send the attack. The account I had that was suspended was HODTU.

We understand that you are having trouble changing your Xbox privacy settings even though you are not part of a family group. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I had answer the same case and this is what we did on the case it was resolved.

To resolve this issue, I recommend that you try the following steps:

1. Sign in to your Xbox account on your console or on the Xbox website.

2. Go to the "Settings" menu and select "Privacy & online safety."

3. Select "Xbox Live privacy" and then select "View details & customize."

4. You will see a list of privacy settings that you can customize. Make sure that all the settings are set to "Allow" or "Everyone" if you want to access Forge content.

5. If you are still unable to change your privacy settings, try removing yourself from any family groups that you may have been added to. To do this, go to the "Family" tab in your account settings and select "Remove from family."

6. If you are not part of any family groups and are still unable to change your privacy settings, you may need to be part of a family group and let the Organizer manage your Privacy and Online settings on your profile.

One question, I looked into the age limit for Minecraft, 13 years old. My daughter is 9. How will or has that affected her ability to get the game, and would that be the issue?
