    I had recurring billing set up on my xbox account, and at the beginning of the month I noticed several fraudulent charge attempts were made on the credit card I have on file for in-game or store purchases.

    Upon noticing these charges, I contacted my bank, canceled the old card, ordered a new one, and locked my credit card account.

    I changed my passkey, locked down my account on xbox, and changed every password for every account I have. (Email, Bank, Microsoft, Etc)

    I also turned off recurring billing and removed all debit/credit cards from my xbox account.

    SOMEHOW this person is still managing to attempt fraudulent charges. They are now attempting them on the brand new credit card I just received and have not even submitted to xbox, microsoft, or any other entity on the internet.

    HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?!?!?!

    I have requested several phone calls and online chats via xbox support, and have received NO REPLIES AND NO PHONE CALLS.

    I have now taken the issue to my lawyer, and we are discussing the best course of action regarding a lawsuit.

    Guess what console I'm buying this holiday season, when the next gens come out? (HINT: ITS NOT GONNA BE AN XBOX)

    Vernier, you say you're shocked, by who? I'm not sure if you're saying you're shocked by Microsoft allowing brute force entry to their "secure" site, the victims of theft and fraud or the people who are not affected and are sticking behind Microsoft's claim
    that it's the victim's fault?
