Vibration not working with the Xbox One Wireless S controller in Forza Horizon 3.

I've tried new batteries and they are fine, also updated the controller. It also only occurs in Forza 6: Apex and Forza 3 Horizon. Read a tread in the Forza forums and everyone with a S controller have the same problem.

Are you connecting the controller to your PC via Bluetooth?

Vibration usually cuts out when the batteries are low. Since it clearly is working from having it plugged in. I would assume one of two things are wrong.

1. The batteries are insufficient, either just cheap ones, rechargables, or one just happens to be a dud. Try switching them out for another, non-rechargeable pair, preferably Duracell or energizer.

2. If that doesn't work, try updating the controller through Settings>Devices and Kinect>Update Controller. If there are no updates, then I can only assume that the voltage sensor in the controller is faulty, or some other piece of hardware within the pad.

Possible reasons:

1. Your batteries are being detected as very low. The Xbox controller shuts off vibration the battery is very low. Try different batteries?

2. You have vibration turned off in the game options.

3. Your controller may be broken.

1 i dont use batteries i plugged in a android phone charger and thats what im using to use my controller

2 vibration is always turned on in my games like forza horizon 3 and gta v

3 its a brand new xbox one s controller that i got my amazon for $60

although my xbox one console doesnt sych my controllers anymore. it still connects to the wifi so its not broken.

I have Xbox Wireless Controller - Robot White (2020)
I just downloaded Forza Horizon 4 Demo from Microsoft Store to test it and it worked. I can feel the vibration on triggers no matter it's bluetooth or wire.
But when I play it in Steam it doesnt work for some reason.
