vevo crashes every time

I installed vevo, registered it online it flashed at the activation screen and then said error. Tried to restart it and get the error message again. Uninstalled the app and restarted, then reinstalled same thing, crashes after everything I try. Anyone
have this issue or any ideas how to fix? The error message has no code just says the application has encountered an error. Have tried hard reboot as well. Any help is greatly appreciated!

im having troubles with vevo any time a video ends a error message appears and tell me that i have to close the vevo app.

 

Anyone having problems putting custom music in FIFA 12?

It crashes FIFA every time. Kinda annoying.

 

Same problem except without activation. Should probably contact Vevo maybe if possible.

 

I have the same problem on Xbox One. Tried all the same trouble shooting steps. Look like they released a bad app.

 

Same for me. The App loads, i can browse the menu but when i select a video to play then it crashes and says had to close. Tried the usual clearing/reset options. Ill have to be patient i guess.

 

And the same here...looks like they are in no hurry to fix it.

 

Has anyone had success resolving this issue as I have the same problem.
