VEVO App on XBOX ONE: "The app could not be launched, please try again" ALL THE TIME

Everytime I launch the APP vevo on my Xbox one I have the error "the APP could be not launched, please try again" I already did everything, Reunistalled, Istalled, restart my console, hard reset EVERYTHING.. Not working, please how can i fix this?

There is no link to find the code. To find the code, you have to physically go on your xbox and open up the vevo app. There is where you will receive your code.

 

Vevo Encountered Error

Trying to use the Vevo app on the Xbox One is anyone else getting the message......Vevo Encountered a Error and must close. Then the app shuts down. I loved this app on the 360 used it for parties or while cleaning the house. Now it's finally up on the One
and doesn't work.

 

Same problem with Vevo app! Also have troubles with Tunein app - just stucks loading when trying to play any station. I moved to another country with my xbox, maybe the problem is because of this?

Make sure the region of your account is set to your physical location, aberezovsky. App availability can vary from region to region and it's possible you're receiving this error due to incorrect regions.

I'm in Russia right now and it doesn't exist in the Location section. Probably, I need to select Russian language first, but I need my xbox in English and my billing address is still in the US.

 

Problem is still here, do something with it please!

As I mentioned cross-region accounts aren't supported. You will need to use a billing option and address associated with your physical location. Some apps are not available in all regions which explains why you are not able to download it. Thanks for your

I'm from Brasil, i just write what is happening in english for you understand.. That error keeps showing up everytime I launch the APP, i asked my sister and she launched the vevo app on her Xbox one and.. THE SAME ERROR, I Tried change my location and whatever
country I choice the error keeps showing up all the time, please fix it, looks a simples error...

 

It's nota an error from my location or whatever it is an error on VEVO APP, an worldwide error not only with me it is happening, can you try to launch the vevo APP on your Xbox one and you will see...

 

I reported that error "vevo error, the APP could not be launched, try again" for Xbox supporte and they said it is VEVO fault, OK I reported that error for Vevo email supporte and they said it is a problem on Xbox one.. What can i do now?

I can't choose correct physical location, because there is no Russia in the location's list.

For me problem is still there - "Vevo encountered an error and must closed"

 

Vevo doesn't work for me either. I'm in Texas, USA. My region is correct and Vevo works fine on my PC. What's the deal Microsoft? Is this a bogus App? Come on, get this fixed. I love Vevo!
