Vetoed

Good day.

My console presents a vetoed I have not violated any security policy, I have contacted the support team which gives me no solution or reason why this veto was presented. I am very annoying since nobody gives me answer for this that is not fair since I have
not violated any reason.

My console has the serial 009444712109 I request to clarify this since it does not seem fair to me without having a reason.

Device bans are not issued lightly, and occur when a particular Xbox console or Xbox on Windows device is used to violate the Code of Conduct in an egregious or repeated manner. Once a device ban occurs, no account can connect to the Xbox Live service from
the affected device. Given the severity of this action we take each device ban extremely seriously, and only take action after a lengthy investigation.

I would like to know the reason why the veto was done to my console since I am not breaking any security policy and it is unfair??

 

Can you go to Xbox Enforcement | Console Check and enter the serial number and correct model of your console there?

 

To enter this option generates the message "Unable to detect the state of this serial number at this time, please connect this device to Xbox Live". As my console is banned I can not access xbox live.

 

Microsoft does not disclose the reason for a device ban.

Usually, though, device bans are issued for (but not necessarily limited to) these kinds of reasons:

- Hacking, tampering.

- Account fraud, phishing.

- Repeated violations of the code of conduct.

Whatever the reason, what's done is done, and device bans are permanent and irreversible. The console can only be played offline now.

 

I want to review why my console was banned without a reason why I have not been informed in order to appeal this decision, no service has given me an answer. They only read the terms or tell me that this information is confidential. I demand to have an answer
on why, since it is not fair that I carry out a process of these without having a motive.
