    Very weird issue


    hi guys I need help figuring out an issue. So I received an email the other day telling me I have a 14 day suspension on communications for my account Dr Mccusk. I figured ok I guess I must've gotten reported for something. Let me ask the enforcement team
    to explain my issue to me. This is the response I recieved - Disseminating materials that could harm other users’ devices or allow others to inappropriately access software or websites - Abuse of the Xbox Live messaging system Now I'm fine serving a suspension
    for something I did. But I've gone through my messages and I don't know what the issue is. I've never sent anything but messages. No links or pictures. Just text messages. I cannot for the life of me figure out what is going on. I'm concerned because I don't
    know what I did and I don't want to get in trouble for it again and receive a way worse penalty. Has anyone else ever come across a suspension for these reasons? Do you guys have any advice how to figure it out? I've contacted the enforcement team multiple
    times asking for an explanation and all I get is the lines above copy and pasted to an email. Customer support said they've never heard of such a explanation for a suspension before. I just want to know the exact thing that could've triggered it so I can make
    sure it never happens again. I have every message I've sent in the last year in my messages and I'm taking screenshots of all of them just in case. Please let me know if any of you have had this issue or heard of it before. If anyone has any ideas about what

  3. VERY! Weird Disconnecting Issue

    Have you tried accessing your Modem/Router settings? Or either you turn off your Modem/Router and wait a couple of seconds. It's pretty strange that you get disconnected as often as you do on an Open NAT.

  5. With that message abuse thing the best thing to do would be to ring the Xbox support for you country. Thats what i would do.

    Yeah man I've called. Zero help. I recently posted again on the enforcement page asking for a little more detail because I have no idea what happened and instead of responding they deleted my post. It's pretty disappointing to be treated like This. A simple
    "hey you sent this to someone and it was flagged and that's what cause the suspension" would suffice but all that money they make cant pay for decent customer service I guess.....

    Yeah man I've called. Zero help. I recently posted again on the enforcement page asking for a little more detail because I have no idea what happened and instead of responding they deleted my post. It's pretty disappointing to be treated like This. A simple
    "hey you sent this to someone and it was flagged and that's what cause the suspension" would suffice but all that money they make cant pay for decent customer service I guess.....

    With that message abuse thing the best thing to do would be to ring the Xbox support for you country. Thats what i would do.

    Very Weird Connection Issues

    I apologize for the late response. I’ve done all steps as requested. And then I did them again. And then I even did a fresh install of one of the games to my internal storage, (external is disconnected), but I’m still left with the same issue, unable to connect online to some games.

    Although it does seem as though it’s centered around one publisher. Now I can still connect online fully on the other Xbox so I know my accounts aren’t banned or anything… but it’s all centered on Activison And Blizzard games (which are partner company’s)… I cannot connect online with the following games: with their respective error codes…

    Diablo 3

    (Season State Unknown)

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War (Collar 43 Good Wolf)

    Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

    (Nora 43 Yellow Wolf, (usually)

    and,

    Collar 43 Yellow Wolf (rarely))

    Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2019*

    (Unable to Access Online Services)

    Call of Duty: Warzone

    (Unable to Access Online Services)

    Call of Duty: World War 2

    (Error Code: 103294)

    Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2

    I’ve consistently gotten these error codes all day everyday of the last week and These games also won’t apply any of the hot fixes or updates from online either. But I do have 2 more games from Activision that are completely fine and work flawlessly - Modern Warfare 3 and Black Ops 2 - both of which are Xbox 360 titles and not Xbox One like the others. And all my other XB1 titles are connecting fine.

    Also, I’ve noticed on the back of my xFi gateway router, the Ethernet going to my brothers Xbox is lit up green, while mine is lit up orange. Also I’ll note that I have tried port forwarding, DMZ, and other tricks. Thank you for your time and I hope we can fix this.
