Very weird controller issue

My controller has been going nuts while playing Middle Earth Shadows of Modor. My controller constantly pulls me out the game to the menu, or brings up the console/controller off menu, the record clip menu among others. When I am not hitting and buttons
to bring up them up. It works fine when I am playing COD but goes completely nuts when playing this game. Anyone have any help I am out of options I don't know what to do!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Very weird issue

Yeah man I've called. Zero help. I recently posted again on the enforcement page asking for a little more detail because I have no idea what happened and instead of responding they deleted my post. It's pretty disappointing to be treated like This. A simple
"hey you sent this to someone and it was flagged and that's what cause the suspension" would suffice but all that money they make cant pay for decent customer service I guess.....

With that message abuse thing the best thing to do would be to ring the Xbox support for you country. Thats what i would do.

This won't change anything.

I've thé samz issue ans now, it appears on the menu and on other games.

But since we are'nt enough to have this issue, Microsoft doesn't seems to care.
