    I have own Microsoft BINGO for a long time,and have not had a lot of issues until the last four days or so. I have not been able to watch the two videos so I can claim the extra tickets and the extra coins. When I click to watch ,the videos will redirect
    and will seem to start but will not play . Then a error will pop up telling me that the purchase has been canceled . Why is this happening?????????

    I have been working on getting mine to work since 2 AM this morning with a three hour nap in the middle. And now will probably have to wait at least a week or longer to get a replacement unit.

    My system has the inability to load discs. They go in 80% of the way then lock and you hear grinding. It took about 2.5 hours for them to contact me and all they could do is tell me to take my console back to the store. However, they don't have any spare
    xboxes. So, I took a day off from work to spend my entire am trying to make something work and I get stuck with nothing.

    Do you know of anyway to contact someone at Microsoft/XBOX to address these issues we are having? This is the worst customer support I have ever seen, and i want to express my issues to someone, but have no way to do so currently.

    I thought it was just me! I have been waiting since January whatever to play and then this happens. what is my luck? there is nothing to do since covid-19 is everywhere so I might as well not even buy the new console
