    I along with everyone else using Xbox live has to pay for this service. I understand that there are times where there is maintenance and things that need fixed. As of lately I cannot even sign on if I do it won't let me do what I need to do, or constantly
    freezes, or kicks me off, I pay for these services and when they do not work correctly I want reimbursement. I pay more than 60$ usd a year to keep just the Xbox gold. Not including any of the other apps or games that I pay for. These issues need fixed and
    Microsoft needs to reimburse all of us that have lost service. Before I am told that it is my Xbox it is not.. there is not one thing wrong with it, and it is not my internet. Please fix these issues. Thanks so much.

    Mat, sorry about your frustration. I would like to add two things here:

    1) The connection and party errors you are currently experiencing are system wide. Xbox has posted an alert about this and are working to resolve the issue. So, it is very likely these isues are not beta related.

    2) Keep in mind that you accepted / agreed to a non-disclosure agreement as a requirement in joining the beta. If you are experiencing isues that are tied to the beta, you cannot discuss them outside of the beta forum (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx
    it can take up to 3 full business days to gain access here). If you violate the agreement, xbox can boot you from the beta, which will prevent you from using your console until the new dashboard update goes public. Please be careful what you post; I would
    hate for that to happen!

    I am very sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with xbox live. Microsoft tries hard to ensure that the console is as up to date as it can be and releases monthly updates. Please try to be patient as new problems arise and they try to work hard
    to fix as many as possible. Make sure however that some problems aren't from the actual console. Sometimes theres a fix for the problems you're experiencing.

    Hey mate, I'm sorry you feel this way and though it might not have been stated (not sure I'm not apart of the beta) generally when you agree to test something that hasn't launched to the rest of the community you can expect some problems. That's part of
    being involved in the beta, hope it gets better for you.

    My system has the inability to load discs. They go in 80% of the way then lock and you hear grinding. It took about 2.5 hours for them to contact me and all they could do is tell me to take my console back to the store. However, they don't have any spare
