Very unprofessional, misleading chat support - promised game

I was just chatting with online support, Fenzy, about my console issues and sending back the very scratched, even has a small nick on the top front, microsoft "certified" exchange xbox one console. I told this person that I decided to send back the exchange
console and take my console back to Walmart for a brand new one instead of someone's scratched up, refurbished console. After that had been discussed, Fenzy randomly said "Fenzy: By the way, since you are my first valued customer for today,
I will provide you a free game." What does this make someone think? Hearing about the free games Microsoft was giving to people with problems before, I immediately thought I might actually get Need for Speed Rivals or Dead Rising 3. So I was like, wow really?
Fenzy says yes I will be sending you the link to download them. This person goes on to send me to Killer Instinct and Xbox Fitness...... I mean, seriously? The two already free games. Then immediately types>> Fenzy: Can I ask a little favor
from you?

Fenzy: Do you see to close the chat window on your upper right hand corner of your screen?

Fenzy:

Fenzy: Can you click on the CLOSE CHAT button for me and NOT THE RED X so we can end the chat properly.

Fenzy: I really do appreciate it.

Like this person was purposely being a butt hole. Is this even allowed?? I have the whole chat saved. Microsoft should do something about this. Remedy the situation and send me Need for Speed Rivals would be great! In the mean time I guess I'll
do what any loyal customer feeling wronged/cheated would do, file complaints everywhere I can.

Xbox one Gamerscore Mega deal

Filled it out on Friday and still no email, support centre did not help at all, half way through the Chat "mack" hung up, very frustrating and unprofessional

 

NEVER RECEIVED 3 MONTH CODE AFTER MONTH AND A HALF AND TWO CHAT SESSIONS

Feb 10th I Purchased a 3 month deal with the promise of another 3 month code. I didn't receive this code by March 2nd so I made a chat inquiry and was told to wait until March 15th. Today, 3/24 I still have received the code and went to chat again and was
told I had to make a post here about the code I was promised.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I've spent over an hour of my time on chat just to get something that was promised as part of my purchase. Then I was told they couldn't help me and I had to go make this post? How unbelievably unprofessional is this?

Microsoft always blows my mind with their inability to address even the most basic customer service.

ive spoken to him and had the same experience no help at all

 

and the crazy part is I needed help with killer instinct and he offered me the game as a "free" gift
