Very strange problems with complete xbox

Hey there

im experiencing very strange problems with my 2 week old console.. all ganes are crashing after about 2 minutes and buttons doesn't show any text.. any ideas?

i would suggest hardwiring your xbox and using wireless for pc, and you do need to go to your routers support page and open up all your ports you dont need a firewall on router if you have one on pc, firewalls on routers were design for people before decent
firewalls came out for pc, so basically open ports and hardwire xbox.

 

have you tried power cycling the system

make sure you have the xbox one fully swiched off not in instant on mode, unplug the power lead from the rear of your xbox, leave for around 1min allow the power to drain from within the system, plug everything back in, power up the system and see if that
helps.

also make sure your xbox one is well vented and not recycling the hot air.

 

of course i tried that also allready reinstalled firmware but it didn't help. support told me to send it in for repair so i have to wait about a month or longer to go on playing

 

ahh OK was just a thought.

 

if its only 2 weeks old , return it to the store where you got it for an exchange...

 

that was exactly my plan but they told me i have to sent it in.. wrote an email to their bosses and wonder what happens now..
