Very serious issue

Ok, so on 5/14/2020 I was playing Call of Duty and was getting spammed with party invited from someone in my game. I invite them and they start saying all kinds of stuff like they were going to do some crazy stuff right now. They kicked me out of the party,
and I WAS THE PARTY HOST. It literally said "You have been removed from the party". Anyways the next morning I wake up to a bunch of enforcement action messages from Xbox. Turns out this guy somehow was able to send messages to himself FROM MY ACCOUNT, and
reported it and I have been banned since. If I look in my messages there are some pretty crazy messages he sent, but they mostly say the N word. I have never been communication banned, I'm not stupid.. I would never send something like that.. especially 10
times in a row. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I am seriously thinking of selling all my Xbox stuff if Xbox is really this unsafe.

My friend that I was playing with also got messages sent to his account and has been banned since.

I also love the fact that you cant contact anyone about this..

Can you remember the gamertags of the people that kicked you out of your own party?

If so I would report and block them so that the xbox enforcement team can deal with the situation properly and I would also change your password and sercurity information on your xbox to make sure that it is sercure and safe from anyone else.

Hi, I'm very sorry that this occurred. But unfortunately, the best thing to do would be to try to change all passwords/any personal information so that someone is not able to hack into your account and send messages. I would also go here and check to see
if you can add additional level of security/layer of protection to your Xbox Live account: https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/signin-security/add-security-contact-information

@recklez_mikey2x on instagram is one of the people that sells this xbox ban tool. There is proof of him using/ selling it on his instagram page. Xbox Enforcement won't do ****.

Unfortunately, it's very difficult to get the Enforcement Team to review bans after they've been issued. If you believe you've been unjustly suspended, gather as much evidence as you can (i.e. who, what, when, where) and contact Xbox customer service during
business hours:

For what it's worth, Xbox Live has never been the most secure gaming platform. Even prominent Microsoft employees, like
