    Very rude customer service agent, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 for free on Gold, Can't get it.


    I couldn't get Tekken Tag Tournament 2 for free on Gold, cause whenever I was trying to download then I get these rotating dots and never passes by.

    I tried something like 4 times and since then I'm trying to contact XBOX customer support which they literally told me " you won't convince me that you have the right to get the game" !!

    She was very rude agent and she even kept cutting me in while speaking and basically rarely listened.

    All that I remember that her name is "Catarena" I believe with a south east Asia's accent.

    I asked her to speak to a team lead and she kept me on hold "for ever" till I hanged up.

    I never had this experience with Microsoft customer service but this agent was very very rude and doesn't know what the real meaning of customer service.

    Any help to get this game ?

    Sorry to hear it. Are you talking about the Game with Gold? I'm asking because Tekken is not one of the games listed https://majornelson.com/2019/09/26/xbox-live-games-with-gold-for-october-2019/

    . When you get into the chat ask to have the issue escalated and you'll be sent directly off to a CSR where you can then request a manager.

    I did also want to mention that if you had added the game on to your account when it was available then you should have it regardless of whether you could download it or not

    Again, she was very very rude and she shouldn't be working as a customer service agent as she was almost shouting at me and I had to ask her to listen to me repeatedly.

    I actually want to escalate that issue about her behavior with me, so she would be trained about how to speak "with respect" to customers.

    her by name. The job of a Customer Service Agent is hard enough at the best of times and respect should always be shown first and foremost and you will find that usually you will get further by showing that to staff. As for you saying that you have issues
    with getting Tekken when did you try downloading game and have you had troubles with a 360 game before?

    Yes but at the same time, if this was in fact the nature of her phone call with Microsoft customer service, then this is not acceptable. This is completely unprofessional behavior and this should be addressed by their supervisor if this was really said and
    the employee was cutting this person off, telling them they didn't believe them, putting them on hold indefinitely until they hung up etc. All calls are recorded and this one should be reviewed by her supervisors. Bad customer service is bad customer service
    anywhere. Just because you or I are ambassadors does not mean that we defend bad customer service (if this did in fact happen as the person here states). Again, nobody knows exactly what was said so that would be up to Support and a customer service employee
    to review this phone call and go from there. But please don't say "we" don't appreciate this person bad mouthing customer service, because your views don't reflect me. I will not ever defend bad customer service because it can happen from any retail giant
    and any company in the world. I, myself, have had bad customer service from Microsoft and Xbox as well. It happens. Sometimes it's just the employee's personality, sometimes they are just having a bad day, etc. You never know. We are all humans, not machines,
    so we are driven by feelings and emotions. But yes, it does happen. This call needs to be reviewed and this person needs to contact support about this.

    To the poster:

    We can't do anything from here in regards to the customer service you received. You would need to contact Support and raise this issue again with them and bring the previous call up. They would need to review it and listen to what was said to verify if what
    you said was actually stated and go from there. If this did happen, I'm sorry you received "support" like that, as it would be very unprofessional and unhelpful. Best of luck getting your Tekken downloaded. I would recommend trying to contact Support again
    about both issues.
