Very quiet.

With the formula one season starting on the 16th of this month in Australia, I've been trying to scrape any details about F1 2014 from Codemasters. Checked their website, searched google and nothing. I certainly would love to play a new F1 game on next gen.
I know they don't usually release till later in the year around september/October but I'm just wandering if Anybody heard any news? They are certainly being very hush hush over at codemasters lately!

I am not sure about your problem but here is how you post about it on the other forum! The Live TV forum for the July preview update is here. If you need to get to them in future look under the Xbox Early Access menu at the top of the screen not under the

There were rumors just last month that they are also working on a TOCA and a Rally title. Drivers in those series tweeted they were helping "tune" tracks and cars.

Only thing I've seen about the F1 title is it's in the works and coming to the One and PS4 first. Both next gen consoles need to get their act together with wheel support or it's going to hurt sales on the console. I've taken a break from iRacing and would
love some console titles to dust off my Obutto rig but I don't want to buy another wheel.

 

Thanks Randver. I did see mention of a new dirt game coming out but they are not saying anything about f1. I agree with you on the wheel support thing. They need more choices in that department. The ones out now are way overpriced.

I'm assuming the Rally title will be the Dirt franchise and hopefully they'll go back to the original Dirt and less Dirt 3.

I didn't like the X-Games vibe of 2 and hated Gymkata in 3, that's like adding a figure skating mode to a hockey game.

 

I would love a flatout reboot. I love it on the OG xbox. And underground 3 would be nice.

I agree lofty! Toca race driver 3 is still one of my favourite games.

 

atleast your sure to get something eventually...last college basketball game i was able to pickup was 4 years ago and none in the making...so ya, could be worse.
