    Sometimes it take a while for gamer pictures to sync correctly between your console, xbox.com and other devices. That said this does sound like there "might" be a server side issue with the content.

    Support staff should be able to give you a better answer.

    Contact support, and they should be able to cancel it and provide you with a replacement, which can be redeemed on the proper account.

    Transfer of subscription cannot be done manually. You can try contacting
    Xbox support     and asking for a refund.

    Then make the purchase via the right account.

    Hi Phantom Jon Jnr, sometimes it takes time for Xbox.com and the Xbox servers to sync properly to update your account information. Also the problem may be occurring because your profile has two different types of gamer pictures. Your 'Gamer Picture' and
    your 'Personal Picture'. Your 'Personal Picture' is what you and your friends see and your 'Gamer Picture' is what everyone else sees, that may be your issue. I hope this was helpful. :)
