    Very poor warranty service from Microsoft


    Dear Microsoft,

    It's disappointing the the warranty service and support that you have been providing for the customers that bought the Xbox .

    Unfortunately I was one of the customers who had a problem and so far the service has been horrible. First because when you have a problem the first thing that you do is go to google and see if you can finding someone who had similar problems and then you
    realize that there are tons of people complaining about similar issues. You guys have to work on solving the problem instead writing "sorry for the inconvenience"

    OK, my problem is the following. I bought a brand new Xbox one 1,5 month ago and after 1 week one of the controllers stop connecting to the console. I tried everything possible but unfortunately it did not work, so I had to use the warranty service (Repair

    ).

    1st bad thing, I had to send the controller to Texas to get it fixed and also pay for the shipment. This is crazy!

    Ok, after awaiting for 2 weeks I received the controller, and when I tested I realized the the issue with the connection was fixed but now the controller is drifting to the left......Come one.....

    How can be possible that you repair a controller and do not test it before shipping???????

    Please see what can be done because I'll not pay for shipping the controller again and also stay without the controller for additional 2 weeks because of the bad repair service that you have.

    You have to really work to improve it, otherwise people are going to buy Playstation instead.

    Four days later and no response from Microsoft to my escalated case. This is very poor customer service. Nice job Microsoft.

    Hello, I'm definitely sorry to hear that there's been a bad experience when trying to connect to LIVE. We want everything engineered for our customers to have the easiest time possible connecting and enjoying their games. However, the kinds of issues you
    are describing have to do with the way the network hardware and software are set up within the home- that's outside of our control, I'm afraid. But it does sound like you have a good connection from the home to LIVE though your ISP, so once we do get everything
    set up properly, it sounds like there will be a very smooth experience. Can you let us know what you've tried already? We're happy to work with you to make sure that everything is set up properly and get you back on LIVE.

    Sorry to hear about the controller issue your having. In all honestly, it's best to reach back out to our chat/phone team who will be able to look into the previous repair history and give you the best course of action. Everything is tested before shipment
    so if anything it's possible that the controller was damaged during the return shipping to you. Please reach back out to the chat or phone team and let us know how it goes!

    I’ve already waited 2 days. This is very poor from MS as they appear to have switched off their support. I’m now left with a broken controller that’s in warranty but I’m unable to claim on the warranty.

    Terrible customer service.
