    My sons xbox stopped recognising the game discs in April 2017. It is still in warrant (only purhased at Christmas) so I arranged a repair on line. An email came asking me to return the xbox and instructions how to print the label. I could not print the label,
    I followed the instructions but did not get the options I needed. I have contacted CS now 4 or 5 times, every time the CS rep has promised to investigate and get back to me. but no one ever has. A bout a week ago I contacated a manager called Alexa who acknowledged
    there was a technical issue on on your side and she would resolve it and get back to me with an update that night before her shift ended - this did not happen.

    However, I can see that the original order repair (the one that had a technical issue) has finally been cancelled so I went ahead and placed a new one. Again I have received the email with instructions of how to print the label but when I follow the links
    i do not get the options i need in order to print it. I have tried both firefox and explorer it doesn't make any difference.

    My son has not been able to play his xbox for 6 weeks. I have spent 2 or 3 hours in total on on-line help and the telephone, not one CS rep ever got back to me and I am no further forward than I was 6 weeks ago. I do not want to call customer service again
    as I know I will be told the same thing, "don't worry I will help and I will get back to you ......................."

    I need someone to intervene and find a way for me to return this faulty console.

    @op your issue is you bought the srong regionL code

    They only send an one off code if yyou lurchase out of region code that doesnt match your account region

    They dont havd Ny records of the Actual code itself as they are unique and would be a privacy violation if they read the code

    They only give an exchange with. Photo of the card that is with any console and only one time as a one off

    Your balanace is there however you csnt use it until like onyx said you match the balance with ykur account region

    But you may encounter issues with downloading content

    This is why you dont buy out of region codes or set your account region to something you arent actually in

    I'm really sorry to hear about the frustrations. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with repair issues here on the forums. Your best bet is going to be calling
    phone team and staying on top of them. If the agent you're working with isn't able to assist, you can ask if there's a higher support level you can be passed on to.

    Poor Customer Service. Very disappointed.

    You can try checking http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows what the charge was for. Otherwise, you'll need to contact support. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see the options to request a call or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    I'm having the same issue. All the tech would say its a "known issue". If its a known issue why the heck they cant fix it. Very Very Poor customer service. They would generate a ticket and takes 24 to 48 hours .. WTX !!!!!

    Very poor product/service !! might switch to playstation.
