Discus and support very poor customer service, have not yet recieved my gears of war collection codes in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; this is my 2nd post regarding this and still nothing has been done, can someone please look into this and send me out the codes that i paid for as part...     this is my 2nd post regarding this and still nothing has been done, can someone please look into this and send me out the codes that i paid for as part of the gears of war ultimate edition terms (really dont know what the hold up is, i have achievements
    for taking part in online games from november) just wanted to say that i think posting on forums to sort out problems is a poor show by microsoft and very poor customers services

    No 360 collection code when bought Gears of war 4 from microsoftstore.com

    I purchased Gears Of War 4 from the microsoft store website on 25 Nov, 16 and have not recieved the 360 collection DL code. Customer care told me to post here to see if I could get a ETA on when the code will be distributed.

    I Gears of War 4 digitally although the Xbox Live store 10/09/16 preordained. I have not yet received the codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection. I contacted customer support on 13/10/16 and was told to "wait 24 hours", I contacted customer support
    again on 15/10/16 and was told to "wait 7-10 days. " now he has passed this period and I am waiting and not yet received anything
