    Purchased a 12 month xbox live card but cant use it. Enter code, something went wrong. Called CS 3 times with nothing resolved. They stated they are aware of the issue and to be patient? really. Microsoft is saposed to be a computer giant and leader.
    They cant get a code to work on xbox. I wonder if playstation has these same issues. Really tired of the unprofessional customer service agents who say they cant do anything and waiting on hold forever for a CS supervisor to finally become available. FIX YOUR ISSUES XBOX>
    Looks like Gates has forgotten his customer base.

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you were running into. It's possible there was an issue that was being looked into that was preventing you from redeeming your code. When was the last time you tried redeeming it again? If you're still not able to redeem the
    code, what is the error code that you're receiving?
