    Firstly I would like to start by saying that I have devolped a luxury R.P. city that's completely walled off from mobs outside the city containment walls. Luxury high rises, and thriving job spectrum that allows players to fill vitial roles that create a
    thriving economy. The city has been developed in creative mode. Essitialy allowing fine detailed structures to fill surrounding planed city grid. The city I's a complex development, but the economic and R.P. aspect is fun and kick ***. My Gt is . Please
    send me a friend request for a tour. And before you know it you will have a high rise suite with a kick *** view.

    good point. I'd wonder, without gear to breathe underwater, how much you can build underwater.

    It's one thing to dive deep and plant 2 ladders to open up a breathable space and then build a structure that is basically yet another underground structure that happens to have water above it.

    It's a whole 'nother matter to build a truly underwater city because you are free to swim and roam the depths.

    I haven't seen the PC version, so I might be missing some details about underwater gameplay.

    Liberty City RPG -- NOW OPEN

    We do, every section of the map has it's own Mayor I like to think of Liberty City as more than just I city, I like to think of it as a state, that way we can have State Police Officers who can patrol around the entire map and players can also own businesses
    anywhere they want on the map. So that way we can have more people in a government position for example: Dukes & Broker has a Mayor, Bohan has a Mayor, Algonquin has a Mayor, and Alderney has a Mayor. Once there are more people we are going to do an election
    on who is going to be governing Liberty City.
