Very Old (Accidental) Incident that Resulted in an Enforcement Action

Hello.

I have been a very long time member of Xbox Live, and I have always tried my best to be as involved as I can in helping out Microsoft and the community. I have signed up for programs such as Xbox Ambassadors, Windows Insider Program, Xbox Preview Program
(and the older version of that), and The Enforcement United site. I have always enjoyed helping out....

I believe about 3-4 years ago on my Xbox 360, I was messing around with some internet program on my computer. Being as young as I was, I didn't really understand the impact of what I was doing, although I never did, or intend to, do anything harmful or do
anything to create a competeive advantage. My Xbox 360 account was banned for a short period of time....

After I had be done this, I had been a member of the Xbox Preview program, and the Xbox Ambassdors. Probably about 2 years after anything had happened, all of the sudden I was removed from both programs... I tried to rejoin the Ambassadors program, but I
was was unable to, and the same with Xbox Insiders Program, although a year or so down the line I was finally able to rejoin JUST the Xbox Insiders program....

As I said, I was young and had no clue what I was doing, I was just watching some YouTube videos and I thought it would be something funny to mess with a friend or something. It was never harmful and never was used for anything more than a simple, one-time
joke.

If it is possible to have this enforcement action removed, it would be extremely appreciated, and I am upset that I am not able to be as involved in the community, as I cannot join the Ambassadors program, and I feel like I may be being help back from moving
up the ranks in the Xbox Preview program because of this careless action. As I said multiple times, me being younger and not having as much knowledge about technology and YouTube is what lead me to this action, and I completely understand, now, why that was
dealt with the way that it was. I know 100% not to ever do anything like that ever again, no matter how harmless it may seem.

As a long-time member of Xbox Live and some who wants to be as involved as they can in helping the company and the community, I hope we are able to figure out a solution here.

Yeah, but some of that creativity from the past resulted in some very unsavory actions by some very unsavory users - there has to be a balance.

Use the "File Complaint" feature and the Enforcement Team will investigate the incident and most likely take action against the player.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to have enforcement actions removed from your account history.

 

Well can't I have enforcement Actions reviewed? I honestly just would like to be a part of the Ambassadors Team and I want to be more involved. I'm being held back because this. Wanted to get in contact with the Enforcement Team, but it's not allowing me
to Case Review.

 

you can't but after the 1st 24hour enforcement action for first offence which is not review able your option isn't there because it would be your second offence

And your first offence would null any chance that you had for ambassadorship

 

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
