Very loud buzzy noise Xbox one X gold rush edition

Since a couple of days I'm the proud owner of a Xbox One X Gold Rush edition with Battlefield V. Yesterday evening I was playing the game, and the One X started making a lot of noise and the game freezed. After unplugging power and a reboot I started thr
game again, it did not freeze but the One X still makes a lot of noise! I'm sitting about 4.5 meters away from the console and the noise is so loud that you can hear it above the game sound. This is far from normal, please help, what to do? Should I return
it or is there a fix/solution?? Please help! Many thx in advance for your support.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums am truly sorry your experiencing this and I would recommend you to send you Xbox away to get repaired because to me it sound
like coil whine a coil whine is an electrical circuit exhibit high pitched sound as electricity passes sound as electricity passes through the circuit

Its not normal. Return it and exchange it for a new one. Do as soon as possible before the in-store warranty runs out which is usually 30 days.

My day one controller makes kind of a weird buzzy noise. Its not loud though and I wouldn't consider it a problem, at least with my particular controller. Could just be the way they're designed/put together

Ok I moved it and it has not shut off sense but the Xbox One X Fan noise is not constant and is still loud maybe not as loud as a jet engine like I describe before but still loud way louder than my Xbox One S and OG Xbox One, it would have a fan burst
when I'm playing which is loud and annoying and the fan noise would never be at a constant noise level while I'm playing a game.
