Very important for European customers with banned xbox one!

I think the word banned on the console was very clear,and the counteless chat support who seen in the system that the console was banned it's also very clear,I don't want to elaborate more,that was the update in the situation,and the banned was removed when
the console was in transit towards service.Clearly mistakes are made in the system . unfortunately I can not stop the complaints about a resolution,but for me it's done.Now all I have to do its to sell the new console from competition and remain with my first
choice wich was X1. Thank you and have a nice day.

It said it was banned because of the corrupted update,end of story.

It wasn't actually banned.

The video "you" posted on youtube clearly showed it was a corrupted update.

If it was banned by mistake it would not of been lifted while in transit.

I'm not going to argue with you as you have shown by your previous posts that you refuse to accept you are wrong so i'm done here.

So what are you saying? Are you saying console are banned by corrupted updates?So where is that talk that I must did something wrong?why tech support and chat support couldn't help me for the last week's?So in this disputing I'm still the guilty one?On my
time and money!So what we must to remember from this disgusting story is that is my fault my console was banned by error!You sir are simply brilliant, why I never thought at that?Maybe you can call microsoft and xbox support and teach them there was a corrupted

P.S.this console is Banned from xbox live.This was the message from the x1 and for all chat support and phone calls.Admit that and get over.End of Story.Good night and Good Luck!

Thank you,is all I ever wanted to play on the console I choosed and to be respected if I never done wrong.It was a struggle with many white nights,I know every word from TOA and every chat support and every phone support guy or law ))),so is kinda mind
blowing when I read what you saying @Daft Badger. All I want to do now is playing games on my X1. Thank you D33dles and the same to you.

Glad to hear that you got a working model in return for the.. Lets go by Badgers assessment. 'banned because of a corrupted update.' (Scratches head. MS Xbox division releasing a corrupted update that, whether online or off. Bans peoples consoles? Go figure!)

Nah, MS tests all these updates via the preview program long in advance before releasing updates etc. Do they not?

If true, then how in the wide wide world of shorts can a direct update from MS become corrupted?

If you somehow interrupt the update as it's downloading/installing it can become corrupted.

Perhaps while installing, but assuming that MS developers have at least some clue what they're doing, you would not be able to start installing an update that was corrupted while it was downloading.

Update:I received today by ups an unbanned xbox one and 30 days xbox live subscription!

I wouldn't be putting my medical, serial numbers, account info on here, or anywhere online OP.

No-one here needs that sort of proof. All this is is a forum, nothing more, nothing less. And on forums some, like myself. Err on the side of the consumer, while others err on the side of Corporations.

If you need to "prove" anything, document everything relevant and do so in Brussels or where ever.

IMO: MS is at fault.

They say they have no "Kill Switch" but clearly the OP's account isn't banned and in order to "Go Offline" the system HAS to get past the initial "Set Up" stage.. Which, as the video shows. It cannot do.

Also, how can you look at a video and determine that a person does NOT have "an incurable disease."?

If you can actually do that then you should be awarded the Nobel Prize.
