Just watched that video, at the end on the close up the console has quite a bit of dust in the vents for an unused out of the box console? Was it like that out of the box??

 

I just watched as well Genchy, and for a "3 month old" xbox one console. Hers is a lot less dustier than mine is and mine is around 4 months old.

 

Difference is yours is being used so will attract dust Electro, Is it new is it three months old with use? What is it?

Also in the other thread we were dealing with a 30+ with a wife and an incurable disease, now we have a girl who had the gamertag "Drilling Widows"

Not at all unbecoming for a person to hide who thy actually are from prying eyes/ears Genchy.

My X1 gets used about once a week, (Tuesdays in fact) and only then to check for deals or maybe to watch Youtube. Then it's back to the old but trusted 360 for gaming and Netflix.

So even though my X1 is around 4 months old, after ROTTR it just sets there drawing... You guessed it. DUST!

Whatever Electro, I understand how desperate you are to find MS at fault here, but sorry in my opinion that video has only muddied the waters. OP states console was new out of the box . That does not look like an unused console to me, and now we have the
3 month period. *** sure if the Elite I purchased two weeks ago was dead out of the box I wouldn't be waiting to raise the issue.

 

IMO: MS is at fault.

They say they have no "Kill Switch" but clearly the OP's account isn't banned and in order to "Go Offline" the system HAS to get past the initial "Set Up" stage.. Which, as the video shows. It cannot do.

Also, how can you look at a video and determine that a person does NOT have "an incurable disease."?

If you can actually do that then you should be awarded the Nobel Prize.

 

It says the console itself is banned, I would think that's why the setup is stalling. And how do you know that the account posted is even linked to that box? You don't, I don't either. All we have is what the OP is saying. You want to ignore inconsistencies
and blame MS outright. That seems to be your mindset. I've already said if it's genuine I hope it's sorted but something isn't adding up for me.

that X1 should work offline and is not.That video makes me telling the truth and in that case what is microsoft? I promise a follow up video for you with your question answered!Even my medical condition papers,serial of the X1 and screenshot where you

And by the way enforcement team GT change counts as your free GT change and you have to pay 10 euros to change it that's why my name now is KindJoey because I stopped giving money to the people who robbed me!

I wouldn't be putting my medical, serial numbers, account info on here, or anywhere online OP.

No-one here needs that sort of proof. All this is is a forum, nothing more, nothing less. And on forums some, like myself. Err on the side of the consumer, while others err on the side of Corporations.

If you need to "prove" anything, document everything relevant and do so in Brussels or where ever.

 

I'm gone tell you why is so difficult.As a microsoft good customer and for my fidelity and for my money I expect to be treated right ,and if some time occurs an error or a problem,Microsoft to deal with that problem directly and not send me from one to another.Is
difficult because they make me spend money for a rival console wich I don't like and for going to ups 2 times for them to told me the box from microsoft doesn't arrived yet.So in general for my time,money and health wich all are affected from a situation I
was drawn in it and never created by me!

 

Update:I received today by ups an unbanned xbox one and 30 days xbox live subscription!

 

It wasn't unbanned because your console wasn't banned in the first place.It had a corrupted update,has been repaired or replaced & sent back to you.Everyone who sends their console off to be repaired gets a 30 day xbox live sub so that's nothing new there.
