VERY Horrible/ANNOYING Video PLAYBACK 'seizure' GLITCHS with all TV NETWORK APPS on ...

Im having the issue where any of the streaming apps like the network cable streaming apps like Fox now, FX NOW, Syfy, Comedy Centra, USA,l NBC excetera excetera all of those APPs seem to be having the same exact streaming glitch or error/issue problem where
it like repeats or freezes frame of the video but the audio keeps playing smothly most of the time ? but the video is glitching out seizure style and I can't find anything about it on the internet anywhere which is interesting because it is aweful!!! my Wi-Fi
is perfect !!! I can play Elder Scrolls online or anything perfect and youtube and netflix work just fine for me too, so why is it that when I watch these TV apps they all have these horrible glitching visuals problems how is that possible that its only me
??? I have reported this problem. It has been very consitant, the shows and movies all have these issues every 5 seconds sometimes but sometimes only a few times in a show....what is going on? Watch for yourselves...am i the only one with these 'seizure flash'
video glitches on the tv apps???

Issues with Comedy Central and FX Now

i have the same issue with all the tv channel apps (Syfy, FX, USA, Fox, Comedy Central, etc...). I guess nobody here has an answer so i will post back if i find one elsewhere.

 

FXNOW App Not usable

Exactly, all my apps Fox, FX, Comedy Central are all locked on the Xbox One ONLY. I have access to all those apps and full episodes on a tablet and when I sign in on a computer. But they are all locked on Xbox One.

 

This is an issue that has plagued the xbox one since the first beta of the NXOE. This affects nearly all apps we have tested other that netflix which uses a different technique. This causes during motion a split second freeze or hitching. This results
in an unsmooth playback experience. This even happens with the Movies & TV app. You can play on a windows pc a movie from a windows 8/10 machine and see how the same exact movie you purchased plays smooth on your windows 10 device, but does not if you play
the same movie on the xbox one. An outside source has confirmed this. I've been told by microsoft they are working on the issue. But i heard rumor they thought they had fixed it. But apparently its not fixed yet as of the latest preview update that was
sent out this weekend. You are not alone, everyone has this bug, whether they notice it or not. I have several friends who are about done waiting for this to be fixed and considering other services like appltv etc.

 

yep, same here as TopCow nows. Bumping the thread I started as someone else has also started a thread besides this one, appears it's getting noticed more and more.
