Very disappointed

Discus and support Very disappointed in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Takes hours to load games, having to reinstall games after having to hard reset due to freezing is a pain.     Very disappointed


    Takes hours to load games, having to reinstall games after having to hard reset due to freezing is a pain. Was a fan of xbox for years but not anymore this is the worst system i've ever owned total waste of time and money.

    it is a standard computer power chord, turn off you desktop computer and use it Very disappointed :)

    iim pretty sure a kettle plug will fit the brick.. try it

    Very disappointed

    I totally agree I've been a hardcore Xbox fan since almost day one and this Xbox One is a total POS its worth more in scrap metal in my opinion

    Hello,

    Have check if your internet is working fine and is providing good enough speed for games to download or upload. If your using wireless connection you will have slower internet connection than using a wired connection.

    To check your internet speed on console follow this steps:

    Press the Menu button on the Xbox One controller.

    Select Settings.

    Select Network.

    Select Detailed Network Statistics.

    The results should appear in a few moments

    You really have to try Kinect before you make a judgement on it. I hated the idea of it until I tried it. I will most likely rarely ever use it for motion gaming but it does so much more.... and it works as advertised.
