Very disappointed my ms jigsaw is not working properly

Absolutely, but it's now been 24hrs and I still have not received a response.

I understand that we are all responsible for the content we put onto our Xbox. It's just unfortunate that he has to learn that people on the internet suck. Most of them are out to get you in some way. "Buy this", "sign up for this free blog so we can
spam you for life", "put in an application for a job and get spams the rest of your life", "help me get my $10 mill by giving me your credit card info", "here is a free map that contains a mod that will get you banned from Xbox Live"....... It has provided
pcs of crud a means to reach more victims.

I just gave the speech to both of my kids, AGAIN, not to trust anyone on the internet, EVER!!! We've only let our 15 yr old on the internet in the last 6 months. In that time, he's picked up over 200 virus's, 3 intrusions, 1 attempted take-over of the
PC, and now a mod that got him kicked off of Xbox Live. I don't know if I'll ever let my younger son on the PC.

Still, very disappointed with MS at the lack of response. In addition, the fact that a child that has restrictions up the waazooo on the Xbox can upload a mod that will get him banned is convenient neglect by MS (since this allows them to obtain additional
funds). If the system forced him to get me for a password like it does for most Disney movies, this would have never happened.

I am not an Admin of the site, I am a Moderator. I did close your other thread as we do not allow discussion for suspensions or bans. There is a designated forum for those type of posts. You're just going to have to wait until they respond to you. Like

It's been 2 days now and I still have not been given a reason for my son's account being banned for life. I was very clear on my forum request that the email address that they have for his account is a dead account, but mine is good.

PS3, here we come! I bet Sony loves MS for their customer service.

I too have this problems, started a day or two ago. Problem exists on both my W10 desktop and W10 Surface Pro 3 PC. I have the Premium version for $9.99/year. Uninstalled on both machines and cannot re-install on either machine, Download starts and when
license is acquired the same error message show up again. Hey Microsoft, time to fix this. I have downloaded Jigsaw Premium Puzzle from the store until the XBox Jigsaw gest fixed. If not fixed soon, forget this MS game, very disappointing as it is not the
first time I have issues with this MS Jigsaw puzzle game.
