Very disappointed in Titanfall

Doc seriously I have a blast when I am being pitched to by 13 year olds down at my son's little league practices. You know what I'm saying. This game is mind numbing simple and boring!

 

^I like this guy he speaks the truth and doesn't fall on the hype train. I have one question what ever happened to skill based multiplayer casual is fun but stupid fun where anyone can pick up the controller and dominate for one game

 

Really like this game more fun than cod imo

 

Funny, I usually play single player games too. I did the research so new what I would be buying. I decided to get Titinfall anyway and now I am converted to multiplayer and this game will get a hammering from me.

 

Take it back then! Don't really see the point of your complaint. You can't complain about something the game does not claim to provide.

 

This game doesn't offer any offline campaign or anything, it offers no split screen so even if my buddy nextdoor to me wants to play with me we can't split screen God no we have to play xbox live and talk on a headset, and last this game has no custom matches
I can do with friends so I'm stuck with getting a party of friends and going on Xbox live. Not that I'm complaining about that last part because some peoples intelligence on titanfall is lower than the bots intelligence which led to me going perfect 3 games
straight yesterday with 10-20 pilot kills per game and 3-5 titans but not the point we need more variety that 5 game modes in a multiplayer only game that's supposed to be a console seller

 

Ok honestly this is a great starter fps for NEW fps mp gamers. This game gives everyone a chance and yes it is about fun and it has hit me! This game was a starter game for Respawn. It is like a pop, dance watered down music track by an established artist
looking to make a fast buck so they can go work on that hopefully amazing album. This is just the beginning for Respawn and maybe I just had that Aha moment. They gonna bring us hardcore guys something amazing and maybe by E3 we will get some news.

I was kind of disappointed until I played the beta for 20 minutes, then I couldn't wait for release day, and now I can't stop playing.

 

So apocacide and Lord dirt whats a hard core game and gamer. Don't let the gt fool you. Was a pc guy for about 7 years from age 12 due to a hard core tech freek neighbor and school mate. Once girls became the new fps for me I rannnnn away from gaming for
9 years.

 

Hardcore IMO is a game that is not easy to pick up and play, you know the ones people like to cry about. My personal favorite is the Gears series before they made it casual with Judgment and it ruined the game. Halo, CoD and BF make it very easy for anyone
to pick up and play and do well. Titanfall is also the same. Usually hardcore games dont make it as people dont take the time to get good at the game and they move on to more casual games. Developers have noticed this and dumb their games down in all types
of games. With a game like Dark Souls gaining a cult following maybe some gamers are tired of all the hand holding. We shall see.

Research before you buy.

Single player campaign wasn't added because most people are buying games like this for the multiplayer and barely touch or care for the single player. Single player experiences like Battlefield and CoD are getting very weak compared to the ones you get from
single player games. Its better for them to forget the campaign that everyone will play through one time and never touch again or care about. It would just sit there and take up disc space and take more time for something unimportant. Its better to focus on
what most people really want. Which is a great multiplayer.

Splitscreen is outdated and makes multiplayer FPS games not run very well. If you want to play living room games, buy a living room game, unfortunately FPS games are not in that category. Which an FPS is not typically something that should be enjoyed by
a lot of kids anyways.

 

And to add, this game does have a campaign. Its intertwined into the multiplayer.

 

I was planning on purchasing the Titanfall X-Box One Bundle. Found out that Titanfal is only half a game since no campaign. If this is the future of games as some experts claim then Microsoft lost a lot of mature gaming customers.
