very disappointed in customer service

Hello,

i would like to request a manger to contact me back regarding my son's xbox account and the horrible customer service with one of your agents.

i made this call on April1st ,2020 at aprox 7:54 ct

i asked the agent for their name at the end of the call and he said he will not give me his name because he already gave it to me, he then said he will not give me his name or supervisor an told me he will hang up on me. ( which he did) he kept saying he
is doing his job and will not get a supervisor or provide his name!!

this is a horrible service i need to speak with someone about this . this is how you treat your customers!

Sorry this happened but we are volunteers in customers as well you may have to get in touch with support unfortunately we can't do anything here I hope everything goes smoothly

So sorry for your trouble dear sir. In times like this, people are afraid and some times doesn't react the way you want them to. We all have to be patient and full of understanding. We live in times no one lived before. Try again with the custimer service.

The forum area is nothing to do with customer services unfortunately.

Whilst you received poor service I would direct you back to them as they would 1. Hopefully be able to assist with initial enquiry and 2. Be the correct place to raise an issue on the service given by original agent.

Sorry we cant help further and hope you get the matter resolved.

Personally, I would try to contact customer service again. I haven't really had any issues with Customer Service but if you're upset about it then you could try to explain the last call to the new Customer Service Representative and then try to get their
help instead. I wish we could help you further.
