    Very 'Complex' Problem.


    Alright, what happened is that I was about to buy a game Legend of Korra. And It says, Buy this tomorrow. well I wait for tomorrow, same. So go into my settings unsure (I never knew how the block got put on.) of what's going on. I check my family and go
    into my account moderator. I check my Family's moderator. I don't see my account in his family. Which means I can't buy items. Now three months earlier I had downloaded 25$ to my account. It never showed up until two months later on a protected account. This
    all happened on the Xbox one. Please leave me a reply, im very very confused.

    Are you trying to play this game on the original console it was purchased to? If you are trying to play it on another console, are you currently logged into LIVE with the purchasing account?
