    Have played around 100 games now, a lot of times games will end and not give experience or rewards. A lot of times you will have a bingo and it will not recognize it, and just give you a 10 second warning before you play again. Gold card rewards seem to
    be non existant, I was supposed to get 120 keys yesterday, no sign of them. Also if you leave the game running in the background, you get no play credits every 5 minutes until you force close the game and reopen it.

    I have seen the top issue you mention before where controls are still on the dashboard level not the overlay. You have to press the Xbox button and then hold it again to resolve it, correct?

    Never had the issues with the other items you mentions.

    tbh, the Xbox 360 wasn't smooth when it launched either, a number of updates from Microsoft got it to that point and that is what Microsoft is doing with the Xbox One now.

    XBOX One very buggy

    Hello,

    Having a couple of issues with my Xbox One. Pretty disappointed considering I purchased the Xbox One hoping it would have the same fluidity as the 360, and being loyal to the brand I had hoped for something spectacular.

    Here are a list of problems:

    - When holding the 'Xbox' button in the controller to access features like 'Turn off console' or 'turn off controller', I am not able to click on either one of these options...instead, my movements are in the background, in the Xbox Home section.

    - When holding the 'Xbox' button in the controller to 'Turn off console', I have to click on it 5-6 times before it actually recognizes that I want to turn my Xbox off.

    - The Snap feature is super slow, not fluid at all! Instead of having it to the side, how about having something that's comes down from the top screen, and semi-transparent, so it doesn't interfere with gaming, and hides itself when not in use? Kind of like
    the windows task bar, or the windows live control panel on the pc.

    Instead of adding features to the updates, how about just fixing the system. I think a lot of people would be much happier with that option then load it with stuff nobody really cares about, like finding out in party chat why the party's not connecting. It's
    not connecting because there's an issue on your side.

    What happened to the days when something launches the day it's out, it's actually 'ready to run' out of the box?

    Can you give me some more information about these errors?

    When you say it doesn't recognize your Bingo, does it just lag after you press the Bingo button?

    I will check on the Gold card rewards and see if there's an issue on our end with it. I tried to reproduce the lack of refreshing tickets while running in the background but I wasn't able to do it. Are you running a lot of other programs or...?

    I can reproduce the lack of refreshing tickets everytime, launch game, use your tickets, alt tab out of game or go to desktop, go back to game 20 minutes later, no new tickets unless you force close game with alt f4. The bingo issue is strange, you have
    a bingo, you hit bingo, and it just says a big X with 10 second timer. The other day I couldn't complete a single game in brazil room, would never give you any EXP at the end of the match.

  6. I've reported these bugs to the Bingo team and they are working to get these resolved. As Bingo is a "soft launch" in Canada only, it is similar to what other companies do with beta tests- so they can get all the bugs and problems resolved.

    I've reported these bugs to the Bingo team and they are working to get these resolved. As Bingo is a "soft launch" in Canada only, it is similar to what other companies do with beta tests- so they can get all the bugs and problems resolved.

    Hey ForegoneBacchus, how are you today? Hope you're well.

    ForegoneBacchus, there are a few things you can try.

    So, let's try this, first, make sure your windows and all its services are up to date:

    Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

    Click Check for Updates;

    Click the Download and Install Now option, if available;

    Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services.

    ______________________________________________________________

    Then try this:

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

    Then do the same for the Xbox app:

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then restore, open the app and try again.

    Then, try to uninstall and install the Xbox app. :)

    If it still doesn't work you're going to uninstall the games services using a powershell command.

    In the windows search bar type Powershell > Right click and select open as administrator > Type the command: "get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-Appxpackage –allusers" > Wait for the process to finish and then restart the PC, then open your Xbox gamepass app, it will ask you to install the gaming services again, install it and try again.

    Then, after you do it, you're going to open the game pass app, it will ask you to download and install the game services again

    If neither of those procedures works, try to restore your PC's OS via the ISO image tool, using that tool you will be able to maintain your installed games and files.
