    hello everyone, please answer me..

    When i turn on my xbox, i can't stars (launch) any game or application, the code is 0x80070005. I have tried to turn my xbox on and off, to unplug it and plug it back and i also tried to clear the cache/ do a hard reset. When i try to restart my console,
    it doesn't do it by itself.

    How can I resolve this?
