Very BAD reputation for no reason.

Hi everyone,

i got banned from matchmaking for bad reputation playing Gears of War 4.

The problem is that i never type bad message or any type of insults to other people.

(exept rare cases when other people insult me firsth or send me very horrible vocal messages)

Maybe i won too much? I have 1.274 match played and 1.115 match won.

The peolple get hungry and send me a bad reputation? I have to loose all my points and all my game progress for that?

I call the xbox assitance and they say i have to write here to get help.

Please someone to xbox can examinate my case and gave me back my account and allow me to play again?

I spent something around 200€ only for Gears of War 4.

I really hope to play again ASAP.

Block cheaters and hackers

You have a problem because your reputation is very bad 0 star !

This is one of the reason you can meet hackers. The Xbox live system use the reputation for play on live, when you have a bad reputation, you play with other players with bad reputation.

For report hacker you have do it via your console.

 

Im having trouble with my reputation!

There is no easy quick way to alter reputation, that is the very reason for the system, but it can be improved over time by altering whatever online actions have garnered a account so much bad online feedback.
