    So I've been playing on my 360 just fine up until a few days ago. I go to play Black Ops 2 and it signs me out of Live whenever I start the game up. After that I tried clearing my cache and deleting and re-downloading my profile only to get a message saying
    that downloading my profile was not possible at the moment. Not only that, I couldn't even sign in to Live on my 360 because every time I tried, it gave me a message saying that I was signed out of Live and if I would like to test my connection. I test it
    and it says everything is fine but with possible matchmaking problems. So there I was with a corrupted profile and no reason to play my Xbox 360 seeing as I couldn't even access Live on it. The day after that, I get on, re-download my profile and everything
    works fine. I played GTA 5 with few problems except maybe it was hard to find a lobby to play in sometimes which seems odd since I'm in the Southeast of U.S. and using a wired connection. Basically I've never had this kind of problem. And now I try to get
    on again today and it's acting the same way as the first day. I get on, I notice I'm not signed in to Live, I try signing in, it says I have been signed out and to test my connection again. Then I turned the Xbox 360 off and back on and now my profile isn't
    even showing on my list of profiles. It's in my memory as a corrupted profile but I didn't even try downloading it again because it caused that exact thing last time. Help me out please.

    this new 2 step verification thing is crap. its so secure ppl have issues connecting to their own system. had to do this for my xbox one. and since you guys couldnt let us carry over our games from 360 to xbox one. now we have to go through this annoying
    issue with our 360 as well. -_- its very frustrating and dumb. very very annoyed right now

    I still have these problems with the static IP and DMZ done and when I can't sign in to my profile I can't even play the xbox one. Another thing that needs looking in to is xbox can't do any thing about any game that don't play right you have to phone the
    game company's costumer service which see fit to give you the run around and tell you it don't happen in the game where do old school gamers go now it all about the money and nothing to do with service anymore ...??????????????????????????it's gone well past

    Ok so it is currently fixed. I re-downloaded the profile successfully this time and it is connected to Live. There still may be something wrong but I guess time will tell.

    Welcome to the Xbox Community Forum. Thank you for sharing your concern with us today and we hope that all is well.

    We recommend that you clear your console's MAC address, restart your internet router/modem, and try again. To clear the MAC address, please follow this path on your console:

    Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternative MAC address. Then, select “Clear” and restart the console when prompted. After clearing the MAC address, please reset your internet. You can do this by unplugging your router/modem for about 5 minutes and then plugging it back in.

    If the problem persists, we recommend that you reset the console to factory defaults. If you choose “Keep my games and apps”, you will not lose any data - but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

    To reset the console, please follow this path on your console:

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep my games and apps

    Very annoying gamertag issue.

    Hey there, Canadia. This seems to be a common problem among some 3-4 year old accounts. The only thing I can think of is to buy a 1600 and change your Gamertag to something and then back to Canadia. I know its a waste of money, but if you don't feel like
    dealing with it thats the only thing that can really be done.
