Very annoyed parent!!! '

My sons have a xbox one each, and my 9 year old made 1 mistake abd now both of the consoles are banned, i want this ban lifted asap as one of the consoles is literally brand new! I want to speak to someone to get the consoles lifted not over the Internet
i want to talk to someone im so angry! ''!

Very annoyed...

I still have these problems with the static IP and DMZ done and when I can't sign in to my profile I can't even play the xbox one. Another thing that needs looking in to is xbox can't do any thing about any game that don't play right you have to phone the
game company's costumer service which see fit to give you the run around and tell you it don't happen in the game where do old school gamers go now it all about the money and nothing to do with service anymore ...??????????????????????????it's gone well past

HI there! Sorry about the console issues. Device bans are permanent and cannot be lifted. This is usually for modifying the device itself. Please see

Iv had a case review and had it lifted but i want console ban lifted as i now have 2 consoles out of use!!!!! And i haven't the money to throw away! My son made one mistake he is 9 for gods sake!!

 

So your a 'Parent' who admits their child is guilty but is getting angry because of the punishment.

You should be praising MS for teaching your kids that breaking any rules will result in a form of punishment.

Its not my 9 year old who pays for the live or pays for the consoles its me!!! Im livid

 

Unfortunately the enforcement team are the only ones with information about bans. There is no way to contact them other than submitting a case review which is not possible for console bans. As Hydro Skillet posted, console bans are permanent. The warning
is the terms of service that you agree to when you sign up to Live.

MS, and PlayStation have strict device policies to protect everyone, and even if a minor committed such offense, it does not matter what they did to the console. I suspect that your 9 year old did something that involved both consoles since MS saw he used
both consoles regularly, whether he was playing a game on one console, then used another (sub) account to play the same game on the other console. Since his ID tag was linked to both consoles, both got the console ban because the accounts were not used properly,
and within the MS code of conduct and terms of service. They consider it theft of the system and against the terms of service.

Parents have to keep very close eye on, and control their childs doings online, and it is best if they limit the online avtivities to very little and highly restrictive controls where that child cannot do much online freely.

 

Hello! Everybody is correct and there is no undo for console bans you can submit a case review and try to contact the Xbox support about your account and it's suspension. The consoles on the other hand are 'Dead' which is that they can no longer be used
and no technician at Microsoft will re-activate the console. In fact your son's suspension will teach him to follow rules and guidelines in the future and will teach him that there is consequences for there actions if it is broken. You can read more here

I love how people say "I'm a parent" or "I have a young child" as if it gives them certain rights and exceptions.

 

And your point being??? Im not a gamer freak im a angry parent so stop with the waste of time comments iv said my little boy has been punished he hasn't got away with it,were you not a child once and pushed the boundaries??!

 

Of course everyone was but unfortunately that doesn't resolve the issue. That being said there is no one in these forums that will be able to assist you with this since it is an enforcement issue. Currently your only course of action is filing a case review
which you have apparently done. From there it is the responsibility of the enforcement team to look at the review and make a decision on the action.
