    i am getting really frustrated with the xbox one i had it for about two months and it still says the problem is on your side what are you doing about it instead of sitting there i did not waste my money on something that problem wont fix xbox core service?
    purchase and content usage? it took my money from exo zombies on advanced warfare i need answers not patients. oh and now it wont even let me sign in to my profile on xbox.com saying i found a glitch. fix it!!!!!!!!!!

    So I purchased my xbox one on day one and spent $500. I only have 2 hard disc games and the disc drive has been used maybe 30 times total as the majority of games I have are digital. The disc drive stops working as it won't read anything I put into it. You'd
    think the Xbox would be good at this since it's a game console. Called support and it will cost $140 to fix it and at least 15 fays. Really?!? Your xbox doesn't work after 30 uses of the disc drive and I'm responsible to pay to fix it? This is red ring all
    over again. Very angry and upset.

    same here. why do we have to sign in to play a game we already have? I think I wasted a lot of money on this product and am ready to get rid of it and buy a playstation.

    The Original poster seems to be reporting 2 issues. 1. The same problem I mention in my post about the Live Core Services and 2. A problem accessing the Xbox.com site. While the 2 items are not related the 1st issue could be addressed here.

    If you read the update on http://support.xbox.com it states what to do with Cod AW dlc please check it out for more info.

    The Original poster seems to be reporting 2 issues. 1. The same problem I mention in my post about the Live Core Services and 2. A problem accessing the Xbox.com site. While the 2 items are not related the 1st issue could be addressed here.
