    Ok Ive had nothing but issues with my system Ive had to take back day one eddition xbox one to game stop i just purchased it i was on phone with support troubleshooting for over 3 hours they said take it back to store. so i did once i took system back i
    could not get my DLC For battlefield 4 to work with my councle which i payed for it i ended up getting the money for the dlc on battlefield 4 but just seen my dlc for crimson dragon was taken away im angery i got a refund for a game i liked which i was on
    the phone with support again. this time over 2 and 1/2 hours because they did not get my dlc right im still not reciving my game which i payed for nowim having huge issues with the chat and my xbox one will not recive wireless this time i made a call to microsoft
    again. is there a way i can just get my money back im really angery and thinking about just going to a PS4 because ive not getten any help also ive been an ambassador and not recived my free game for the 115 customer support chas ive helped with so i would
    like to return this xbox for my full refund. I dont think im asking for good customer service im asking that i get treated like i just baught this system for 500 dollars and not had any good service ive returned battlefield 4 because it isnt even letting me
    play the map pack ive purchased whats the use of buying a system if you cant give good customer service

    I dont mean to poke fun at anyone but I wouldnt think that someone with the gamertag "Deathassassin" would be the one RECEIVING death threats. That being said, dont worry about it kid, XBL is no different than anywhere else on the internet. All these people

    people that make those kinds of threats are ALL talk. Im STILL waiting for any of the dozens of people who have tried to threaten me to show up at my house. The ones that will actually do something, arent going to tell you about it first.

    You arent the first and you wont be the last, if the death threats I've had in the past were to be followed through I'd have been killed a good 10 times in my 7 years on XBL

    The Battlefield 4 issues are with Dice and EA. They have nothing to do with Microsoft's Xbox One. As for the other problems, I couldn't understand your venting...

    Not entirely true....every game I own crashes to the homepage. I think the os needs some serious tweaking or there are memory issues.

    He's talking about the DLC not downloading or working correctly. That would be on EA. As for the crashing, yes, that's the console.

    im sorry about the venting just tired of crashes and for example playine any game it plays fine then 20mins into it i get taken back to home screen no warning or error so im thinking about returning coucle

    Yes it does suck, but sometimes its the price we all pay for being early adopters ie. "bleeding edge" Trust me I am still waiting for my unit to be shipped to me which should have been yesterday but nothing as of yet.

    Stick with the console. Trust me. Mine works fine and it's amazing! Just get a console that works and you will love it. It's so much more than a gaming console, and it's built for the future. PS4 is just a one-trick pony. Plays games that that's it.
    What you see is what you get, today and the future.

    Have they suggested a hard reset or have you done one. In case you haven't, try this.... Hold the power button for 10 seconds and let it power off. Once power is off, disconnect it from the power outlet or unplug from the back of the console for 30 seconds.
    Plug it back in and wait 30 seconds then press the power button. Give it time to boot up about 2 minutes. See if this corrects the issues. (not for the dlc issues)
