es scheint sich um ein, bis jetzt sehr selten, aufgetretenes Problem zu handeln. Das Spiel wird wie bereits erwähnt nicht in meiner Order History und auch nicht unter MyGames angezeigt. ich kann aber nachweisen das ich das Spiel gekauft, beziehungsweise
bezahlt habe, da auf meinem Bankkonto das Geld abgegangen ist. Das heißt ich könnte dem Customer Support nur über einen Screenshot beweisen das ich es wirklich gekauft habe. Oder gibt es wirklich nicht die Möglichkeit diesen Beweiß als Grundlage für mein Problem
darzustellen? Meine Order History und meine Spielebibliothek ist LEER. Ich weiß das mein Problem sehr speziell ist, aber ich bitte darum das sich das was ich schreibe mal wirklich jemand durchliest und versteht. Das was sie geschrieben haben ist mir alle bereits
bewusst aber das es bei meinem Problem nicht hilft habe ich doch bereits zugute getan... Gibt es niemanden der mal die Autorität hat um mir über diesen üblichen Customer Support aka check deine Order History hinaus zu helfen?

Of course is Forza Horizon 4 available in germany and even if it wouldnt be there is no way my problem can match ur answer?!
