ich möchte meine Xbox zur Reperatur einschicken, allerdings kann ich das Versandetikett nicht ausdrucken. Es wird folgendes angezeigt: "[]" , wenn ich auf 'Versandetikett ausdrucken' gehe.

Thanks for reaching out. I recommend to contact Customer
Support to follow up on the repair order. At that point, please let them know that you have not received the shipping the label for the repair order.

Try this out and let us know the results.
